During our world’s tumultuous existence, living energy, or life as we know it, has been present for almost three billion years. In this span, a multitude of organisms have evolved to be the dominant life form on the planet with many maintaining their alpha supremacy for hundreds of millions of years. Amidst this era of life on earth that has seen an incalculable number of life forms living then dying, only one species, recent to emerge, has achieved self-awareness. Why? What was so different about the human animal that we not only became cognitive, but did so in such a short evolutionary window? The answer is human enlightenment was not by chance… but by design.
